COPS congratulates its alumnus Dr. Rajesh V. Nair for being selected as Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar, India, after a highly competitive selection procedure. His research interests include mesoscopic light transport and emission in both natural and engineered photonic nanostructures, and quantum nanophotonics with solid state defects in advanced materials. Being an enthusiastic advisor, Rajesh is also actively engaged with undergraduate and postgraduate teaching at IIT Ropar.
