Abstract

Ga_0.51In_0.49P is a promising candidate for thermally tunablenanophotonic devices due to its low thermal conductivity. In this workwe study its thermo-optical response. We obtain the linearthermo-optical coefficient dn/dT by investigating the transmissionproperties of a single mode-gap photonic crystal nanocavity.
